We built a site around new industry offerings that enhanced the brand’s leadership position, making them The Nation’s Most Comprehensive Clinical Network.

The Ask

Surescripts introduced new technology-driven services to meet an increasing digital demand from healthcare providers. Among e-prescribers, Surescripts was already a leader. But they now offered much more, and their site needed to show it. We were asked to educate, advocate and connect the brand with prospective customers.

The Approach

By extending their offerings to include a suite of best-in-class products and services, Surescripts was meeting the needs of a diverse group of prospective customers. We focused less on products and more on personalized solutions.

We elevated proof points and company history, building credibility that was enhanced with product integration. Making the content more informative, but also approachable—we cut buzzwords and addressed pain points head on. Consumers could navigate the site based on audience, offering personalized solutions to EHR vendors, pharmacists, hospitals and more.

The site created one complete network connection. Surescripts’ role was reinforced with case studies, usage data, fact sheets and proprietary rankings.
